210|West Gallery Talks: Do All Indians Live in Tipis?

210|West Gallery Talks are on the first Tuesday of each month and we invite an artist, scholar, or cultural tastemaker to explore a work of art or issue that is unique to the West.

January 6, 2015: Do All Indians Live in Tipis?
Erwin de Luna (Navajo and Taos Pueblo) and Calvin Ofsie (Navajo) of United San Antonio Pow Wow, Inc. answer common questions asked of Native Americans in an effort to dispel myths and stereotypes.

Gallery Talks begin at 6:30pm in the Museum Lobby. The Briscoe Museum remains open until 9:00pm on the first Tuesday of each month.
