Briscoe Blast! National Day of the Cowboy

The Briscoe Western Art Museum celebrates National Day of the Cowboy with our second annual Briscoe Blast! Festivities include live music, art-making, museum tours, a food truck, beer, and more. Many other local organizations joining in on the fun including San Anto Cultural Arts, The Lullwood Group, Make San Antonio, and the San Antonio Public Library. All ages are welcome so mosey on down with your family and friends on Saturday, July 23. There will be programming from high noon – 4 p.m., but the museum will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. FREE ADMISSION ALL DAY.
The line-up for this year's event includes:
Cool Down Corral (live music from the Rhythm Rangers, beer from Ranger Creek Brewing and Distilling, and shady spots with personal fans and misters); Lone Star Food Truck; Sun print and dying with natural materials (facilitated by The Lullwood Group); Pony Printing Press (facilitated by San Anto Cultural Arts); Briscoe Video Game; Stick Ponies; Cubetto Pig, the Western Pig-bot (facilitated by Make San Antonio); Chuck Wagon Cooking; Lil Partners Zone; Tours (Adult, Family, & bilingual groups).
