    Taste of the Republic: A Texas Culinary Experience

    Take a trip through Texas’ culinary landscape and experience the six distinct food regions that put the Lone Star State on the food map. Begin with the Gulf Coast, move up to East Texas, next into North Texas, down to Central Texas, over to West Texas, before ending up in South Texas. Sounds impossible to do in one day? Take the ultimate food tour without leaving San Antonio and join us for the Taste of the Republic: A Texas Culinary Experience, a VIP party during 2018 Fiesta San Antonio’s kick-off, Fiesta Fiesta at Hemisfair!


    This reimagined event brings a unique affair to Fiesta San Antonio’s lineup that can only be experienced at Fiesta Fiesta, the official kickoff to Fiesta San Antonio, on Thursday, April 19 from 5 – 9 p.m. in the private courtyard of the premier Marriott Plaza Conference Center.


    The list of participating chefs includes well established luminaries, as well as young, up-and-coming talent that will lift San Antonio’s culinary profile to the next level.
