Born on November 1, 1998, I am Louisiana native that moved to Houston, Texas at the age of 8. At the age of 11, I was a hardcore gamer and was obsessed with the game “Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock.” I wanted to learn how to play some of my favorite songs from the game, so I begged my dad to buy me a guitar. He bought a First Act acoustic guitar from the local Walmart and the rest is history. I began improving my guitar skills by watching YouTube and studying how musicians played the guitar while also learning how to sing and play many songs from my favorite bands and artists. During the following years after receiving my first guitar, I continued to play, slowly getting better. This passion began as a mere enjoyment of playing well-known songs for family and friends, but at age 15, I began to write my own compositions. At that point, I realized that I wanted to be a professional musician and songwriter. I acquired the stage name “34K ” from an idea from a middle school teacher that I became really close with. “34” was known to be my favorite number while “K” is the first initial of my name. It took some time getting used to this name but I eventually liked the meaning behind the name.
