I’m a multi media artist wanting to share my love and respect for mother nature and how its beautifully present in so many materials. I grew up collecting all types of rocks, sticks, and leaves. I’ve grown into a deeper relationship with the functionality and natural beauty that can be recorded in a piece of cloth, my most recent medium. Stitching a love letter to the plants that live outside in my garden. Taking the beets from my kitchen scraps to boil up a gift of background color and pair it with a passionflower embroidery, perhaps a recipe for tea notched down.
