Ashley Mireles is an artist, educator, and administrator in San Antonio for twelve years focusing on community access and specializes in youth and teen development for arts institutions and community spaces in Central Texas. She has served as an Artist Mentor for the New York Foundation for the Arts’ Immigrant Artist Mentorship program and is currently a San Antonio Area Foundation Artist Fellow, National Association of Latino Arts and Culture Leadership Institute Fellow, and Education Coordinator at Artpace San Antonio. Her work has been published in Huffington Post, Mitú, and Remezcla and is in the collections of Artpace San Antonio, City of San Antonio, Mexic-Arte Museum, National Museum of Mexican Art, TCU Print Collection, Walt Disney Company, and Zuckerman Museum of Art.
