C. Mitchell Hornbeak
I am a performance poet, a theme poet and an event poet. I am a South Central Texas Aesthetic and Naturalist poet. I have composed more than 300 poems, sufficient enough to create three poem books. I am a member of the Jazz Poets of San Antonio. I have been a member of this organization for six years. It was founded by Mr. Eduardo Garza. I have performed at more than 20 venues and 20 events including the San Antonio Libraries, the Centro Cultural Aztlan and the King William Festival.

Tell us about your work (style, approach, philosophy, subject and/or theme):
I am a South Central Texas aesthetic and naturalist poet and my work focuses on the current and recurrent, historical activities/events and aspects in and about the South Central Texas area.
