Born & raised in Eastside San Antonio, Texas, The Void is a local musician that primarily operates as an acoustic folk/singer-songwriter that is also more than capable and relishes the opportunity to slang some thick Fender distortion with power drums to accompany. Formed in 2012 with great friends & musicians, The Void has an acoustic & distorted side having been influenced and inspired by the likes of The Beatles, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, The Smashing Pumpkins, Incubus, Stone Temple Pilots, and Beck to name a few. The Void has shared the stage and opened for notable acts such as Hail The Sun, Eidola, Makari, Oranges and Alexander Jean & Mark Ballas from Dancing With The Stars, Max Bemis of Say Anything and has performed at the historic Ritz Theatre in Corpus Christi, TX that has welcomed acts such as AC/DC, Anthrax, Iggy Pop, and Foreigner and has represented San Antonio at SXSW in Austin (Unofficial).

The Void simply loves to play music, and simply just loves to feel it all bubble to the surface.
