I am originally from Detroit, Michigan. I established residency just outside San Antonio Texas over 20 years ago. I have created art and sewn most of my life. In the last 20 plus years my work has moved from apparel to focusing on creating art using various materials and fibers. I consider myself an activist who creates art to express my thoughts on history, current and cultural events.
