My work explores the emotional landscape of the human condition—moments of solitude, nostalgia, struggle, and quiet resilience. Through painting and photographic processes such as cyanotype, I use color, light, and symbolic imagery to create dreamlike spaces where viewers can reflect on memory, identity, and inner transformation.

My artwork is ultimately about empowerment—encouraging viewers to move beyond expectations placed on them by society, culture, or circumstance, and to recognize the courage it takes to live authentically. Through my work, I hope to create moments of reflection, connection, and quiet affirmation that every person carries their own unique power and story

My work uses color as a language to reveal the human experience, capturing emotion where words often fall short. Through layered hues, shifting tones, and nuanced palettes, I explore figures and landscapes as spaces of reflection—places where subtle gestures, quiet moments, and fleeting light become meaningful. I am drawn to the in-between states of life, where stillness holds depth and simplicity reveals splendor. By honoring these understated moments, my work seeks to illuminate the quiet beauty, resilience, and grace that define our shared humanity.

Moments in time—those fleeting instances where everyday people, places, and objects transcend their ordinary forms and become imbued with significance. These are the familiar spaces and faces we all know, yet in my art, they are elevated, transformed, and exalted into something extraordinary. I achieve this through the use of pure, vibrating color—an intense, living force that breathes life into the mundane, creating an ethereal vacuum where these subjects can exist in their truest, most radiant essence. What was once commonplace is now imbued with a kind of reverence, as I seek to celebrate the beauty and power in the overlooked, reminding us that every moment holds within it the potential for transcendence.
