Estevan Arredondo
I enjoy manipulating the paint and capturing the gestures made by my body. I draw influence from Aztec indigenous ways of expression and the carefree approach of child mark making, exposure to nature, and various musical styles. Through my investigation of negative space, rhythm and visual sounds, my paintings represent spontaneity, and reveling in the moment.
