James Hoelscher is a songwriter/performer from San Antonio, Texas. Raised in San Antonio and returned to town in 2016. His current project is The Thousands, a guitar driven indie rock band performing original songs with hooky choruses, soaring guitars, and pounding drums.

The Thousands perform around San Antonio as able and always try to bring awareness to the San Antonio scene and its many talented artists through collaboration, shows and word of mouth.
