Jarrell Flowers is a passionate hip-hop and spoken word artist deeply embedded in San Antonio’s creative culture. With global performances and multiple musical projects, including four EPs and a full-length album, his artistry has flourished. In 2018, Jarrell and his wife, Jeneil, launched The RISE Movement, a nonprofit empowering artists to transform communities through art and the gospel.

Today, RISE has grown into a network of artist-led communities, using art to inspire change for the glory of God and the good of cities. Jarrell, Jeneil, and their three daughters call San Antonio home, where he continues to invest in the local arts scene.
