Born in Zacatecas, Mexico, I am a multidisciplinary artist who blends classical traditions with modern influences to create layered, vibrant works rich in history and emotion. My journey began with classical methods such as the Da Vinci approach and sacred painting, which instilled a deep respect for tradition. Over 25 years of exploration, I have drawn inspiration from the evocative brushstrokes of Impressionism and the sharp wit of political cartoons, both of which shaped my voice during 15 years in print media.

My work spans painting, sculpting, and music composition, all guided by a passion for storytelling through diverse mediums. Using techniques such as oil painting and impasto, I craft tactile, textured surfaces with bold colors and flowing forms that invite viewers to explore the interplay of surface and depth. Each piece reflects the tension and harmony found in the spaces where structure meets fluidity, where urban life converges with nature, and where human emotion intertwines with history.

In recent years, I’ve been particularly captivated by the dynamic urban landscapes of San Antonio, Texas. These cityscapes extend beyond architectural studies, becoming windows into the contrasts and connections between the bustling life of the city and the omnipresence of nature. The ever-changing sky, with its infinite shades, has become a recurring muse—a vast, unifying backdrop that anchors my work to something timeless and universal.
