Jonathan "Drumbo" Herbert

Having traveled the world as an Air Force brat, San Antonio has been home since 1974. It was just the natural thing to do.

I started taking photos on film with my first camera at the age of six. My work has won prizes and been published in half a dozen hardback books and countless magazines. Since my photography has gone digital, I now find great pleasure in rearranging the pixels into abstract forms and shapes. I paint with a camera.

Musically, I play drums and percussion and will bang on just about anything. Original compositions tend to be rather avant-garde and really hard to dance to.

Put me on a stage, give me a mic, I don’t embarrass easily. I love hosting special events.
