I was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, where I graduated as Engineer and came to the United States in 1990. I worked in refineries and oil rigs as lay out man first class. I was disabled in 2001. I am married to Maria for 38 years and we have two wonderful children. I like to practice boxing, running, play guitar, and to write poetry, prose and songs. I published 4 books, 3 in Spanish and 1 in English, all of them are in Amazon. I have more than 100 songs registered in the Library of the Congress and I recorded 2 DCs with my voice. One of these CDs, Canciones del Corazon is featured in the digital stores by CD Baby.

Actually, the book in English was read by a film director and told me that the book has the elements to become a long film; So, somebody is writing the script.

Artist Statement of Work

Tell us about your work (style, approach, philosophy, subject and/or theme):

My first book titled El Boxeador de la Vida por Experiencia Propia, is my biography addressing principles of logic, math, philosophy, medical science, psychology, psychiatry, sports, social science, and spirituality.

My second  book titled My Lifetime Fight, is the translation from Spanish to English of El Boxeador de la Vida por Experiencia Propia which is the subject for the film script.

My third book titled Pedro Hinojos, El Vizconde de Gandara, Poeta is about poetry, and includes a collection of my grandfather's poems and 79 of my authorship.

My fourth  book titled La Tribuna de la Verdad, is a collection of articles that I wrote in a prestigious newspaper which belongs to Mexican Editorial Organization, the largest enterprise in al the countries of Latin America, from 2011 to 2019, one per week. The themes of the articles are very varied from inspiration to application of ethic values, from sports to music, etc.
