Part of what fascinates me and keeps me creatively energized is re-examining and paying closer attention to normal everyday things. When I hear something or see something that shifts my perception of a thing I take for granted it immediately makes me wonder what else am I missing? In my sound, video and sculptural work my aim is to awaken a sense of seeing or hearing something for the first time again. To open the viewer and listener up to the magic of the everyday.
