Stella’s artwork explores what we call matter, ourselves and what surrounds us, the linking and behavior of existences, and energy and quantum fields. Many of her questions are related to the multidimensionality in which we are immersed. The artist feels that living matter manifests itself in a visible and etheric way following patterns that are not understood, interacting and modifying themselves, transforming themselves and what surrounds them. Her characters inhabit and move across a complex tapestry that connects them, allowing them to interact and intertwine, merging into a cosmic dance. A close bond exists between the observer and the observed, generating modifications and changes in reality. The artist finds inspiration and passion in delving into these questions and wishes to share them with the world around her. Her work reflects visual phenomena related to random and recurring patterns, the personal and the collective, stillness and movement, light and darkness. She is interested in exploring different materials and painting techniques. She uses a palette of saturated and unsaturated colors—blue, magenta, soft yellow- playing with the balance between background and figure. Sometimes she likes to leave a mark, and at other times she blurs the images, suggesting connection and movement.
