My name is Imanuel Francis but as an artist I am known as Loki Loveless. From as far back as I can remember art & creativity have been what I live for. I’ve always looked to art to help me express myself whether it was drawing, theatre, film, or music. In 2020, I finally came into my own with music and film. I directed my first music video for myself titled “Hidden Mist by WHO” (My former artist name). I created an entire storyboard for this video before I even knew what a storyboard was. The videographer who shot the video was not only impressed with the creative direction but he also told me this was not a common skill and that he believed I had what it took to be a director. At that moment, I felt like my question had been answered and that I was in the right place with music and film. I continued working with this director shadowing him and assistant directing for many other artists in San Antonio and even having opportunities a few occasions to travel to California and work with artists I had only dreamed of working with before. Those experiences led me to pursue my dreams with even more passion. So in 2022, I helped start a new music recording studio in San Antonio, Studio 2320. We have been able to build and grow this studio and in 2024 added 3 small sets for photography and videos inside our studio with the hopes of creating more community and opportunity within San Antonio.

My approach to everything art related is based upon feeling and connection. The stories I want to tell are ultimatley about the human experience. Things we all understand. I want to make art that anybody can relate to or at least feel like they could see themselves in. In my opinion the art that lasts is the art that makes you feel something whether that is good or bad. My biggest fear is not that my art would be hated but that they would feel nothing at all. Great art is a discussion. If my art can evoke not just love or hate but both then I would know I made something special.
