Miguel Maltos Gonzales is an American-born Chicano artist blending his Indigenous Mexican and American heritage by blending illustrations and analog film photography. This tells the story of living with two social norms, languages, traditions, perceptions of history, and seeking a balance between two cultures.

He continues to serve the Washington creative community as a Spokane Art Commissioner, Spokane Ensemble Theater Board member and President of the Hispanic Business Professional Association. Gonzales shares his military, civic and cultural experiences by building equity in local creative commerce and inclusion of diversity in art representation through his podcast and speaking engagements across Washington and Texas.

Miguel currently resides in San Antonio, TX with hopes of continuing his creative commerce and equity work among the San Antonio community.
