I’m 28 years old born and raised in San Antonio, The 3rd child but 2nd daughter to my Mother who raised me and my siblings in the arts. I live in the wonderful culturally and artistically vast city of San Antonio, love anime and cosplaying and graduated with my associates from Northwest Vista. However I wouldn’t be as artsy as I am without my Mom, she has always encouraged us to pursue Arts no matter what form and how many she wanted us to be able to express ourselves in many ways.
Thanks to My Mother and My Grandmother from as early as I can remember I was doodling, coloring, painting but my real love was drawing. I would draw the things I saw be it fruit, locations, characters or people. Eventually growing up as we all do I started drawing the characters I would read about as well as see on TV; from American cartoons to Japanese animations more commonly known as Anime. Drawing would also get meshed with my love of cute and odd things so now I draw what I feel and draw what I love and what expresses me or what I’m feeling at the current moment. Art in its many forms has been my catharsis since I was a little girl dealing with the ever changing environment as well as the hardships I faced in my life; from bullying, familial problems as well as mental health fatigues.

My work is usually fueled by my emotional state at the current time when working on a piece. One of my favorite artists Emile Zola once said "If you ask me what I come to do in this world, I an artist will answer you I am here to live out loud." No quote could ever be a more truer statement for how I feel about my work and its representation of me and what I want it to convey when someone looks at it.
