Patricia Qaiyyim
PATRICIA QAIYYIM is an award-winning author. She grew up in a large family and lived in several states throughout the Midwest. After two years of college, she joined the United States Air Force.
After retiring from the Air Force, Patricia worked as a contractor for several years before deciding to pursue her passion for writing professionally. Her first book, Moms In The Military Raising A Child While Serving In The Armed Forces, was published in December 2022 and was awarded the 2023 Military Writers Society of America Silver Medal. She is currently working on a companion piece to this book.
Besides writing, Patricia is an avid quilter and enjoys all things crafty. She also enjoys reading, cooking, baking, working with her hands, and spending time with her family. Patricia considers herself a woman of faith, a true Renaissance, and a citizen of the world. She believes we should all strive to inspire, motivate, and educate others as we move through life.
Patricia and her husband have three children and two grandchildren.

I strive to use my words to share thoughts with and motivate others.
It is my hope that those who hear and read my words will learn something about the world, feel inspired to make their world a better place, and motivated to uplift themselves and those around them.
It is my goal to share my words with others in an effort to encourage them to look inward and outward to make their surroundings a better place.
