Peyson Jones is a visionary artist and professional woodworker born in Merced, California and currently residing in San Antonio, Texas.

Peyson focuses primarily on traditional painting, but also expresses his vision through various other mediums such as woodworking, large conceptual interactive installations, as well as utilizing digital mediums for creating visuals to be projection mapped on event stages and installations.

Peyson’s paintings, and sculptural installation works have been featured in galleries, and at art/music festivals all over Texas and his work has been collected all over the world.

Peyson’s unique and captivating style draws inspiration from heightened states of consciousness, plant medicines, and spiritual practice. Peyson developed a passion for art from a young age, and in his early twenties delved into the realms of psychedelia and spirituality. These initial experiences sparked a profound fascination with sacred geometry, spiritual symbolism, and the exploration of the different levels of consciousness, and in turn, became a catalyst for a transformative journey of self-discovery and artistic exploration. Drawing on the vivid imagery and otherworldly landscapes he encountered during these experiences, he began to create a body of work that transported viewers to new realms of consciousness.
