P*nche Villa
P*nche (edited for use on the City of San Antonio’s website) Villa is a San Antonio Drag King who made his debut in March 2019 on a Rey for a Day production. Since then he’s been performing on various productions around San Antonio, Houston and El Paso, TX. Nominated Best Drag Performer of 2020 on SA Current, he’s just a dude that loves tacos, tequila, and to dance the night away.

Tell us about your work (style, approach, philosophy, subject and/or theme):
Pinche Villa is a very confident dude who loves his culture and is a very proud latinx. He loves to drink tequila, eat tacos, and to dance the night away. He's here for a good time, not a long time.
His name and character are very strongly inspired by my culture and upbringing. I lived in the west side of San Antonio, and grew up with roots with Mexico and Honduras. I incorporate my culture and love of my culture into Pinche Villa.
