I am an interdisciplinary artist, mindful art teacher, and creativity mentor with a bold approach to mixed media and collage art. My work is rooted in symbolism and surreal imagery, drawing from nature, emotions, and cultural influences. Each piece I create is an exploration—of self, history, and the unseen forces that shape our world.
The African diaspora is central to my artistic language. I weave cultural narratives, ancestral memory, and contemporary experiences into layered compositions that invite viewers to pause, reflect, and engage. My process is intuitive yet intentional, blending textures, colors, and found materials to evoke both personal and collective stories.
Art, for me, is a space of connection and transformation. It’s a dialogue between past and present, spirit and form. Whether through exhibitions, teaching, or mentoring, my goal is to inspire others to embrace their own creative power.
