Rick is a media producer, screenwriter, former photographer for the San Antonio Express-News, former Communications Director for the Alamo City Film Festival, and an independent filmmaker who’s worked on a variety of productions behind the lens. He’s also been an extra on series such as The Leftovers, American Crime, and AMC’s new series, The Son. Winner of a State Award at the Visual Arts Scholastic Event during high school, he then became certified by the Texas Art Education Association and an art juror for Region 20’s VASE for seven years. He’s a featured alumnus at Northwest Vista College (Associate of Art and Sciences in Multimedia), holding a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from the New School of Public Engagement, and Master of Science in Media Management from The New School.

Rick is a multidisciplinary storyteller, production specialist, and media strategist from Southwest Texas. He creates and manages engaging narrative content using a mix of data science, market research and a fusion of emerging technologies.

Richard holds a Master’s of Science degree from The New School, School of Media Studies, specializing in Media Management.
