Rigo Ortiz is a naturally born creative based out of San Antonio, TX. His style blends cute subdued monstrous appeal with bright and bold contrasting colors and minimal pop contemporary esthetic. Most of which depict things he likes, daily interactions in life, or subconscious ideas he didn’t realize existed. His work is created using multiple skills and tools like spray paint vinyl stenciling to achieve his sharp flat colors and CNC woodcutting to precisely shape and create his canvas. He plays with scale, layering, function and color to create his vibrant pop contemporary work.

My style blends monstrous charm with bright and bold contrasting colors and minimal esthetic, most which depict things I like, daily interactions in life, or subconscious ideas I didn’t realize existed. Most of my work is created using multiple tools and materials from CNC wood to spray paint and vinyl stenciling to achieve my final rendered artworks. I play with scale, layering, cropping and color to create my vibrant pop contemporary work.
