Roy Salinas (MUSE RELAPSE)

Hi…thanks for checking out my artist profile.  I am very humbled to be featured as a San Antonio Artist.  Since I was very young I have always had a passion for music.  I started this band, Muse Relapse, with my friend Greg about 7 years ago.  Influenced by Progressive Rock legends like The Mars Volta, The Sound Of Animals Fighting, King Crimson and Santana we have played at most venues within San Antonio and with some amazing headlining artists.  Originally from the South Side of San Antonio, we love adding the influences of our San Antonio culture into our music.  Every song we have is original and written by us in the band. We don’t play cover songs despite really enjoying other artists music, we mostly enjoy playing our stuff.  Alan Barragan, Roger Laque, Raymond Esaparza and Greg Esparza are my fellow bandmates. In addition to being one of the founders of Muse Relapse as band, I also compose music and can produce music. I have a production studio and have been spending most of my time helping other artists release music on streaming services like apple music and spotify.  With that experience in producing and playing gigs myself, I have developed a large network here in San Antonio and have even hosted/planned music events at venues like “The Mix” and “Snakehill”.
