Sabrina Martinez is a printmaker / visual artist from San Antonio, TX. In 2015, she graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Fine Art, Printmaking. Throughout her career, she has steadily built a presence in Texas by exhibiting work in galleries in San Antonio, Austin, and Corpus Christi, TX. 

In May 2020, her artwork was displayed alongside other international artists in London, UK, for Amplifier Art and W1 Curates “Global Call for Art: Mental Health and Public Safety Campaign.”

Her most recent work, “Genocide,” was created for the non-profit organization Texas People’s Tribunal, TPT. The artwork details various methods the state of Texas has abused, neglected, detained, and terrorized marginalized communities. It also raises awareness towards abolishing the Texas Death Penalty, which is one of the main goals of TPT.

As an educator, she has instructed art students, adults, and other educators at organizations like SAY Si, San Antonio Public Library, Southwest School of Arts, and McNay Museum of Art. She is an active Texas Art Educator Association member and a middle school Art Teacher.
