Steven Arispe
Steve Arispe is an American musician, composer, musical director and arranger that specializes Flamenco Guitar. He is current living in San Antonio, Tx. Steve began his studies in 1994 at the age of 15 under the direction of Chayito Champion, Theresa Champion and Willie “El Curro” Champion. Since 1994 Steve has toured the United States with Boston Flamenco Ballet and has performed with renowned Flamenco artists from the United States and from Spain. Currently Steve Arispe plays locally with Los Flamencos de San Antonio and San Antonio Parks and Recreation to name a few, as well as solo performances in and around the San Antonio area.

Tell us about your work (style, approach, philosophy, subject and/or theme):
I am a Flamenco guitarist that strives on cutting edge Flamenco guitar work. I perform to accommodate to Flamenco dancers and singers and to expand my knowledge of the art of Flamenco. My intent is to bring my creations and craft to the community to build awareness of this beautiful art form.
