Artist Statement of Work

Tell us about your work (style, approach, philosophy, subject and/or theme):

Photography is my language, a way to document and amplify the stories that shape our world. My work explores the intersections of identity, culture, and place, with a focus on the LGBT+ community. Through my lens, I seek to capture both the ordinary and the extraordinary—the quiet, unguarded moments of daily life and the vibrant expressions of individuality that define our shared experiences.

I am drawn to the power of visual storytelling, using composition, light, and perspective to elevate the narratives of people and spaces that are often overlooked. Whether documenting intimate portraits, urban landscapes, or communal celebrations, my work aims to foster connection, preserve history, and celebrate authenticity.

Ultimately, my photography is an invitation—to see, to feel, and to engage with the world in a way that honors the beauty and complexity of human experience.
