8 X 8 Cabaret Du Jump

Jump-Start Performance Co. will present eight 8-minute performances in an 8-foot cube.  The Cube will not be onstage at Jump-Start Theater.  The show will not be streamed.  To catch 8 X 8, the audience is invited to San Pedro Springs Park, between the gazebo and the grotto, north of the pool and south of the tennis courts, under two live oaks.  There they will find the Cube, a chair, a beverage and the show.

Jump-Start company members Sheila Sisler-Currie and Kim Corbin have assembled an assortment of artists who will present performances in a range of styles. The evening will be short, sweet, low-tech and possibly rather warm.  Kim and Sheila recommend a dip in the beautiful park pool before the show, with a caution to get out a few minutes before closing (8:00) to ensure time to stroll to the cube (about 5 minutes).  Parking closest to the Cube will be on North Flores Street or in the large parking lot off Ashby Place between San Pedro Playhouse and the tennis courts.
