A Charlie Brown Christmas

The Magik Theatre returns with the 5th annual production of A Charlie Brown Christmas! The classic animated television special comes to life in this faithful stage adaptation, in which Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the rest of the Peanuts Gang discover the true meaning of Christmas.

When Charlie Brown complains about the overwhelming materialism he sees among everyone during the Christmas season, Lucy suggests that he become director of the school Christmas pageant. Charlie Brown accepts, but this proves to be a frustrating endeavor. When an attempt to restore the proper holiday spirit with a forlorn little Christmas fir tree fails, he needs Linus’ help to discover the real meaning of Christmas.

Performances take place at the Charline McCombs Empire Theatre from December 12 – 15 and December 21 – 24, 2019 at The Magik Theatre, located at 420 S Alamo St., San Antonio TX, 78205. Tickets range from $15 – $25 with group discounts available for 10 or more.
