A Zodiac of Pets: Year of the Dog

February’s Free Second Sunday at the UTSA Institute of Texan Cultures celebrates the Lunar New Year and Year of the Dog.

 

Hands-on crafts, such as origami, will let children and families learn more about their animals on the Chinese Zodiac. They can enjoy performances from the UTSA Korean Culture Club, dancing to popular K-pop songs, and join in a traditional dance with the UTSA Japanese club.

 

According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2018 is the Year of the Dog, so the institute has invited guests
