Jacque’s Adult Ballet Class is designed for adults who always wanted to dance ballet as a child and finally have the chance to. It is a beginner level class that builds the self confidence and strength for the student and their inner child.
Adult Ballet Class is a traditional, beginner level ballet class that starts at the barre and ends with fun combinations in the center of the studio. Dancers will gain strength, flexibility, and stamina with advice on how to manage sore muscles. Although ballet is fun and feels good, each dancer will be challenged to improve and grow. In addition to the benefits of exercise and grace, Adult Ballet Class helps dancers build self esteeem, confidence, energy level, and motivation.
