Amazing Preservation Race 2017

The Amazing Preservation Race is the ultimate urban adventure! This year’s course will take teams of four through historic downtown San Antonio as they solve clues and complete challenges. 

Gun time is at 9 a.m. Teams should arrive by 8:30 a.m. The challenge will take teams approximately 2.5 hours to complete. Prizes go to top three finishing teams and best team costume. An after-party at Maverick Plaza in La Villita with complimentary food and drinks will be provided for racers. Registration includes race fee, food, drinks, tech shirt, and a medal. Presented by the City of San Antonio Office of Historic Preservation, Fleet Feet Sports, and La Villita.

Race Rules:

• Participants must be +18. Photo ID required for drink wristbands.
• The race must be completed on foot. No bicycles or public transportation are allowed.
• Each team will need at least one smart phone to complete the challenge.
