BillyRay Sheppard's Second Sunday Smooth Jazz: March Madness Edition

BillyRay Sheppard and some of the best musicians in San Antonio heat up the Eastside for the March Madness Edition of Second Sunday Smooth Jazz.  

In its fourth year of Second Sunday Smooth Jazz, BillyRay has made marked difference in San Antonio as he partners with non-profits to bring awareness of their cause while combining the best locations, great music, good food and good times.  

This month is no exception as BillyRay’s charity partner is the 100 Black Men of San Antonio Basketball Program.
