Join BillyRay Sheppard and San Antonio's finest musician for a Valentine's Day celebration above the city lights. The Plaza Club will provide a plated meal with their top brand of service to BillyRay's guest while they enjoy sounds from his new release "SILK" along with familiar tunes for a night of celebration. As always this celebration is a party with a purpose.
