Learn bookbinding and make an all fabric book $40 / person.
Participants will create mini collages from fabric, ribbon, buttons, and charms that will be eventually sewn onto a book page. They will also have time to alter their covers with stamps, stencils, paints, and ink. Books are entirely made of fabric and will be bound by hand to complete them. Participants will leave with a completed book and a detailed instruction sheet for future making.
Participants are welcome to bring any fabric bits, ribbon, lace, charms, etc they have and would like to use.
ADMISSION INFO
Tickets must be purchased online at least 12 hours before workshop. No walk-ins. Space is limited. Tickets are non refundable so please plan accordingly before purchasing. Please have email confirmation / receipt readily available upon arrival.
Please note that photographs will be taken throughout this workshop. These may be used by Spare Parts for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third party publication.
