CPMF’s Young Artist Program (YAP), managed by Education Director Craig Sorgi, offers full tuition scholarships to talented young instrumentalists and singers in the San Antonio area. These students are organized into mixed chamber music ensembles rehearsing under the watchful eye of Sorgi. WHAT The 20th Annual Young Artist Program [YAP] NINE winners are announced:
After competitive auditions, Education Director Craig Sorgi and Artistic Director Jeffrey Sykes are pleased to announce that they have chosen nine student musicians—including two VOICE STUDENTS for the second time ever in the program—as Young Artists in CPMF’s 20th Young Artist Program, CPMF’s flagship summer chamber music mentoring program. This full-scholarship program is led by Education Director Craig Sorgi (pictured above, right inset) and Education Assistant Karen Stiles, and is based at the Village at Incarnate Word.
