The World Heritage Office is seeking chefs interested in representing San Antonio as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy in local, national, and international activities such as festivals, media and other events that will occur over the next two years. This call for ambassador chefs will reflect the unique heritage, people and culture of San Antonio.
The call opens on May 3, 2021 and closes on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 4 p.m. Central Time.
