Join Chef Dave as he combines nutrition and cooking basics under the trailblazing Culinary Health Education for Families (CHEF) program, into a five-part family-friendly hands-on cooking series. Enjoy a chef-prepared appetizer when you arrive, then prepare and taste several delicious, healthy recipes. Recommended for families with children ages 5 and up. Families will leave with recipes each class.
