Christmas Dining Special at Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

The holiday special will feature a rosemary and garlic marinated New York strip, bacon and gorgonzola fingerling potatoes, and a roasted shallot demi for $34.

In addition to the holiday special, Bar Rojo serve its brand-new menu options throughout the day. The new breakfast menu features a Spanish tortilla with smoked salmon, the Grand Sunrise made with poached eggs on grilled artisan sourdough bread and jamón serrano, the Rojo Steak and Eggs dish topped with a chimichurri salsa, and an avocado toast dish.

The dinner menu provides several signature dishes including the Gambas Ajillo with sautéed shrimp and chorizo, the Tablado de Rojo with jamón serrano and grilled artichokes, Fideo con Mariscos with toasted angel hair pasta topped and shrimp, and a variety of Bocadillos sandwiches including the Jamon & Pollo with pan-seared chicken and serrano ham.
