Conjunto 300: Celebrating San Antonio's Conjunto Tradition

This family-friendly event will pay homage to our rich history of conjunto music, a genre that was born and has continued to evolve in this region over the past century. In addition to live conjunto music by Flaco Jimenez, Bene Medina, and CHT’s own students, the event will feature a special presentation of “Conjunto Blues” by Nicolas Valdez and will include recognition of 300 significant figures who have helped shape the conjunto tradition in San Antonio. Food Trucks/Vendors, Accordion Raffle, and more! This Official Tricentennial Event will be FREE and open to the public and is sponsored by the Conjunto Heritage Taller.
