Create Art on Wood: Art Class with Southwest Rising Artist Mark McDowell

Southwest Rising artist Mark McDowell leads guests in creating a Texas work of art with colored pencils on wood, his preferred technique. Join in the fun, follow McDowell’s lead and take home bluebonnets, a cowboy hat or cowboy boots colored on wood. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, McDowell’s been featured in more than 40 one-man shows and numerous group exhibitions in museums, art centers and galleries across the United States and Europe.
