Discover Canary Islands: A Tenerife Wine Tasting

Speak about the tapas and dishes provided by Chef Brand designed to highlight the different aromas and flavors of Canary Islands, the ancestors of our San Antonio founders.

The evening begins with a short lesson from expert Carlos Cologan who is a historian, writer and member of one of the families that traded Canarian wine to America and Europe since 1684. Local chef Elizabeth Johnson will speak about the tapas and dishes designed to highlight the key ingredients of Canarian products: land, sea and air.

Sip on an aromatic cocktail and sample Tenerife’s majestic wines while you get to know the origins and traditions of Canary Island wines.
