Discussing history and the role music has in preserving events in the public consciousness.

Anthony Prater will present a talk covering research and songs from his new EP “El Camaron,” covering an often overlooked event in local history. Prater invites listeners to explore the circumstances surrounding the case of Clemente Apolinar, the last man hanged at the old Bexar County Jail on Camaron Street in 1923.
