Exchange Project

Exchange Project: Revisiting Neighborhood Connections. Telephone numbers used to begin with two letters, which became an abbreviation for a word. Exchange names, as they came to be called, grew with the city. A telephone prefix identified a location in the city, but more importantly it characterized a community. In this Tricentennial inspired exhibition of new work, eight San Antonio artists revisit connections to the neighborhoods of their youth. Exhibit runs August 10 through Sept. 14. The Exchange Project opening is Friday, August 10, 2018 from 6-8:30 p.m.
