Film San Antonio Coffee Talk: Evening Edition

Film San Antonio’s Coffee Talk networking mixer resumes on Thursday, August 31. But this time, it’s an Evening Edition!

Come mingle, caffeinate (or decaffeinate), and connect with collaborators from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Culture Commons. A special presentation will be held by Austin Film Society (AFS) staff to share information about AFS filmmaker grants and film artist service programs which are open to all Texas filmmakers!

AFS makes annual grants to film and video artists in the state of Texas. Since its inception in 1996, the AFS Grant has awarded more than $2.4 million in cash grants and more than $340,000 in-kind goods and services to 492 Texas filmmakers to date, creating life-changing opportunities for artists traditionally underrepresented in the film industry and working outside large industry centers
