Interactive Poetry Reading with Cyra Dumitru

Join Dumitru, Visiting Instructor of English LIterature and Language, for an interactive poetry reading featuring selections from her new book, Elder Moon: A Memoir Told in Poems.

The audience will be encouraged to remember and possibly begin writing their own stories about older family members.

Dumitru’s book will be available for purchase in the St. Mary’s University Barnes & Noble Bookstore.

This event is part of Women’s History Month activities at St. Mary’s and is sponsored by the Department of English Literature and Language.
